All the money made from this sale will be used for door prizes, awards, food and drinks, and other misc expenses associated with this event.

As mentioned before, this is a free event. You do not need to purchase this shirt to join the fun.

Also, shirts will be mailed or shipped for $10 shipping and handling fee!

Phil, the shirts look sweet. I will probally get 3 again. I will let you know within the week or two.

As for the event maybe we should get some sort of armbands for us or maybe rent out a room for the meal. Last year everyone and anyone was able to walk up and grub.
But we have to do the name tag thing this year so I will freaking know who everyone is. That sucked last year, trying to remeber who's who and their fourm name for later contact.

Well, luckily this year we have few volunteers to make thing run smoother...

Only the guys with the name tag and special colored wrist band will get a plate for lunch.
Name tags will be pre-printed with your name and RX7club SN if you purchase a shirt (3 name tags will be printed, one for each day).
Special Color wrist band will be given to those who purchase a shirt.

Like last event, everyone must sign a waiver to join the group and recieve a wrist band.

EVERYONE ELSE, I can't not add you to the list until I recieve the payment. It gets too complicated if I just add you to the list now and expect the payment later.. hope you all understand.

I need to ask a favor from everyone.... This year, If you do not attend the event, I will ship out the shirts at additional $10 dollars... Also, by purchasing these shirt, it will help me determine how much drinks and food I need to buy. Or if we need another sponsors or not.

So, if you are thinking/planning/ or might attend, go ahead and purchase one. If you don't get the shirt, I'll give them away at the event as door prize. And you'll be helping the rotary community and this of this as a donation. All the money left over will be used for next years event to make it even better.

This event isn't about making money, its about getting the community together for some fun. All of us who are involved in this event are like everyone else, rotary owners/ex rotary owners. No one is making money off of this and sponsors are donating money and not trying to buy ad on this event.
