As for the event maybe we should get some sort of armbands for us or maybe rent out a room for the meal. Last year everyone and anyone was able to walk up and grub. But we have to do the name tag thing this year so I will freaking know who everyone is. That sucked last year, trying to remeber who's who and their fourm name for later contact. |

I need to ask a favor from everyone.... This year, If you do not attend the event, I will ship out the shirts at additional $10 dollars... Also, by purchasing these shirt, it will help me determine how much drinks and food I need to buy. Or if we need another sponsors or not.
So, if you are thinking/planning/ or might attend, go ahead and purchase one. If you don't get the shirt, I'll give them away at the event as door prize. And you'll be helping the rotary community and this of this as a donation. All the money left over will be used for next years event to make it even better. This event isn't about making money, its about getting the community together for some fun. All of us who are involved in this event are like everyone else, rotary owners/ex rotary owners.
