I been stressed out all morning and I thought I should let all of you know whats going on....

Well, I placed an order for the shirt about a week ago and since then, I been waiting for a confirmation from the shirt vendor (Eso Graphics, now the Great American Sign company, out of TN).

After several emails and several phone calls, I finally got a phone call this morning around 7AM. The "shirt guy" (guy who sold the shirts at the event last year), tells me that he can not locate a machine and can not print the shirts!

So, at this point, I'm kind of out of luck! I been searching all morning trying to find a printer who would print on time... and print at a reasonable cost! I priced these shirts according to the quote I recieved and now there is a chance I might have to fork in my own money into it..

Anyhow, I wanted all of you to know.. I think I have found a printer (people I used past couple of years for this event) and they are doing their best to try to fit me into their schedule and get the shirts in time...

But just in case, I can't get the shirts in time, i hope you guys will understand that its out of my hands and trying my best to get it done.... If I don't provide you with a shirt at the event, I will refund the amount at the event!!!

Thanks for you understanding.. And cross your fingers that I'll have the shirts in time..

man, that sucks. what about if you dont get them printed in time you still send them to us?

 

Thats were we have problems... I don't mind sending them out, but I can not cover shipping... Also, if everyone on the list wanted me to ship it, I would have to spend 1/2 day packing and mailing them out. I'm already spending huge amounts of time trying to take care of things....

Lets just say, It doesn't come downt to that.. I'd made phone calls all day today trying to resolve this issue (since 7AM this morning til about 5:30PM). I'll find out next weekend if I'll get the shirts or not..

 

I'm sure we will be able to work something out if you can't get the shirts in on time. keep us posted.

Do what ya can, I understand and I'm not the least bit worried. If we get 'em Saturday cool, if not we'll figure something out.

It just sucks that the only shirts that aren't going to be available will be the Ladies T-shirts. Bummer.

I know Turbo II has got my back with this one. All we have to do is convice those without Y chromozones to believe it. Any ideas?

This isn't a huge problem. The event getting canceled, that's a huge problem!

 

I wanted to thank everyone for PMing me with possible T-shirt printers... I've recieved about 10 PMs about it.

As of now, I'm going to wait and see if my semi local printer (they printed my 2 past events and some local club shirts) could get the jobs done or not. I'll find out mid next week. If it fails, I will be looking for help!... Until then, please hold up on sending me a PM.

 

I wouldnt get all worked up about it, man. We understand that things happen and its not your fault at all.

 

How about we just hire some strippers or umbrella girls or something like that... or even better how about just have a wet NO-TSHIRT contest?

YAY! I guess that that saves me any silly attempts to get a tan (or more freckles in my case).

 

Just drove 200 miles and picked up the shirts! They look pretty good!
