Try clearing your cookies. There may be some info buried in there that is triggering a targeted ad.

thats my guess as well.... if you visit any sort of political site at any point, the ad banner optimization will target you with related ads

depends if you did any searches recently for anything politically related. ads are based off your search history/cookies.
