Visitor Messages

Can you please do something about the visitor messages? I have a bunch of messages people sent me because they couldn't figure out the difference between PM's and VM's. As a result I have stupid questions listed in my profile.

Even though they can be deleted, we're given a "Soft" delete option, which still lists them in the profile, and I just want them disappeared.

PLEASE!!!

You should be able to turn it off in your User Control Panel.

Scroll down to Messaging and Notification and then look for Visitor Messaging.

I do recommend choosing the option that reads: You may limit the usage of your visitor messages to just moderators and your contacts.

This can be helpful if your PM inbox is full or if something else goes wrong with the profile.
