4 out of 5 times, when I upload pictures either on my phone or my computer, the pictures get to 90% and stall. This is with Chrome on both devices. Very annoying.

I experienced a similar error. There is no fix for this glitch to my knowledge. I've had it stick at 100%, similar to the right-hand side of your screen capture. One must reload the image until it finally appears as a thumbnail. As a side note, if you experience this problem then you could attempt to upload multiple copies of the same image until it finally populates. Then you can delete the corrupted images. It usually works on the 2nd attempt but there are times when it takes 3-4 times. I am sorry to hear that you had this problem. I agree, this is very frustrating!

 

I experienced this error when using Opera. I then tried under Chrome (both under windows XP). I finally moved to Edge - on a Windows 10 computer - and the uploads work all the time (although the orientation of the picture once uploaded is seemingly random). If I had to guess, I would say this is a HTML5 problem - as in does your browser support it?
