What happened to all the threads in Test Area 51? I know a lot of people used that subforum to upload images and then link them to actual informative, useful threads. I went to search for an old thread of mine describing all the bushings on the rear suspension on the FC using a picture of the subframe/diff and the different bushing names and what kit's they come in and now it looks like all the pictures are gone, what gives?

i hear they delete threads that ******* start.

i expect this one to be gone in a matter of minutes.....

I assume a test area is where you test stuff. Not use it to host your pics to link in another thread.


And threads over 9 months old get deleted in some sections. (Or maybe it's all sections.)

The answers are already out there to be discovered... at the top of the Test Area there is an annoucement... it reads:

Effective December 2007 the Test Area section will be purged monthly.

The Test Area 51 is not intended for long term threads.

The Test Area 51 is intended for testing signatures and testing message postings, links and images.

Also before you enter the Test Area there is a descrption of the forum section, read it carefully.
