I once was very new to the whole rotary thing. But I dedicated 3-5 hours a day researching and picking my buddies mind's. But everyday I see a new post from a new member asking newbish questions. My suggestion is this forum should do like a few other forums I've been to and have a newbie section where new forum members can only post till the reach around 100-200 post then they have the ability to go and post threads in the rest of the forum.

 

I would suggest that you post suggestions in the suggestions section...where this thread just got moved too.
