Site Requirements
(1) Place a sticky at the top of all technical forums that contains appropriate manuals or their web locations for the manuals concerning that forum.
(2) Anytime someone asks a question that the answer is easily found in the manual or through a SEARCH, suspend that member for a week for being lazy or just too supid for the forum posted in.
(3) Start a new forum where people can learn how to use basic tools and do rudimentary maintenance.
