First of all the forum serves globally, so shutting it down at night is only relative to where you are at. It's now 1:30 AM (Central Time) and there are 434 active users logged in.... you all know I'm a night owl and I can tell you this place stays busy 24/7.

Compared to the 20 people logged into one of the other rotary forums I'd say there isn't a real down time over here.


Maintenance includes repairing the Secondary Flux Capitation Reactors, installing Fusion Thrust Mounts and equalizing the Parabolic Antennas, oh yeah and they need to clean out the a dead hamster out of one of the wheels that power the servers.

It's server maintenance, don't you scandisk and defrag your system on occasion? That kind of stuffs.
