I did have a picture up but it would not show. The picture was within size limits and was able to upload. It was also a respectable photo (basically my car and the words RX7_GRL) but not sure why it didn't appear when I posted.

I also have settings set to see signatures. Any thoughts on this?

You gotta use the [SIGPIC] tags.

PS - It also takes a minute or two to show up usually.
