rather than ban, takeaway access to technical sections
In cases that are not extreme abuse of forum rules maybes its a good idea to limit usuage to the lounge rather than completely banning people. This could be for first time offenders.We can then rename it the Zoo or something.

About 100x more people get banned from the lounge than the tech sections!

Ya, if anything I would have thought to make it the other way around. Get banned from the lounge and not the tech sections.

just hating seeing the "lounge guys" in the technical section is all. They act like little brats and spew bs and heresay.
