Please Could an Admin Help
Hello -
My brother has been on this site for 6 years. He got me into 7s. We could not figure out why he could not access the page then we found he was banned. He had PMs going to buy his 3rd rx7 rolling chasis and it would be really nice if he could get back on. His user name was mirabile
We would really appreciate some assistance when an admin has time.

He started a thread about Britney Spears' recent vagina pics while getting out of a car. He provided a link to said pics. While SOME were sensored there were a couple in there that were not. This was not even appropriate to begin with, but let alone the fact that things were visible in some of the pics.
His ban was for 5 days, there are currently 4 days 5 hours left at the time of this post. Be careful what you post and in the future think before clicking.

Wow, I sent him the info and he was shocked.
All the pictures on the link he sent were censored. You had to go through a totally different part of the website to reach the uncensored pictures.
I guess that is innapropriate.....but people have avatars that are not censored when compared to those pictures.
PS. 1) He has never received a warning, 2) He has been a very productive member of this forum for 6 years, as well as the rotary community

I did not have to go anywhere else in the site. There were a couple pictures on that FRONT page that were not sensored. I would not have noticed right away, probably just as he did not notice, but something caught my eye and I realized she was poking out in a couple of them.
It was me who banned him, and I do not appreciate the attitude. Read the rules if you need clarification, it is his duty to understand the rules and if in doubt of appropriateness, don't post it.
There is a zero tolerance policy instigated right now. If certain rules are broken then a temporary ban will be instigated.
Furthermore, earlier in that same day someone else posted a link to completely uncensored pictures of the same subject. They were banned for longer. A second thread emerged titled something along the lines of "Britney Spears vagina pics thread." In that thread no links/pictures were posted but they did discuss the previous thread that was deleted and the member being banned. This thread was posted before your brother created his thread. There was enough opportunity through the rules of the forum and similar threads to understand what is and is not appropriate.
I am sure it was innocent and that he probably was not aware that a picture or two were not fully sensored, but we cannot give him advantages over others. What about the member that was banned before him for longer? What if he found out that the same subject matter being posted did not get your brother banned? How does that look on our part? You must understand we cannot play favorites or give different standards to different users. We must hold the same standards for all users to create an unbias and fair community.
I am sorry for all of this. And as far as avatars go. When we see inappropriate avatars we take care of it. However, we cannot see everything. If there is something inappropriate you feel should not be there please feel free to let us know through PM and we will take care of the matter.
