New members should.......

New members shouldn't be allowed to view all sections. And they should only be able to post in certain ones. Their are other forums that do this. To prevent people coming in an posting the same stuff over and over again. And also to prevent scamming from posting nonsense for sale. And after they have been a forum member for lets say 60 day probation period and have a post count of 25. They then will be allowed to post and view all sections only if their previous post aren't spam or just complete nonsense.

That doesn't necessarily make those "other forums" better. So what if some questions are recurrent? There aren't a hell of a lot of new issues when the newest car is 13 years old. Plus it makes some members feel better having the answers. And some members only join the forum to get some hard to find parts; it is and should be up to the seller/buyer how to deal with them. If they're selling with no history, have them send it COD.

Well I don't know about you, but I'm getting sick of seeing mexican **** and cialis spammers everywhere. Need a new PS3 for $20? Try the 2nd gen section, I think I saw a link for one there.
