I'm a part of other major forums and one thing I noticed most of them have is a "Legal/Law" section. I thought this would be helpful for this forum since there are a lot of people on here asking question about law enforcement; how to join/benefits, legal issues with transaction, vehicle registrations, advice on tickets, etc.

I see plenty of questions on the Lounge section, I thought maybe we can have them all in one place so if someone is caught in the same problem, they can just search the same section.

A little thread that is going on in the West Section is what really motivated me into making this thread ( https://www.rx7club.com/west-rx-7-forum-193/ask-cop-628280/ ). Over there, we have Fumanchu (Officer) providing his "services" and answer any legal question people have. Maybe he can Moderate that section (Legal/Law)?

Although I am aware that the Law varies from state to state, I'd figure it'd be the same "basics" and someone could at least lead them in the right direction in how figure out their own question.

Since this is a Car Enthusiast forum and I know people like to do a little "spirited" driving which sometimes ends up in an unlikely situation, I thought this would be a nice addition to this forum.

What do you guys think?

 

Sounds like a good idea to me, but maybe make it a subset of each of the regional forums.

Good idea. Could be a nice spot to put threads related to legal activity being taken against scamers.
