KY midwest?

I've always considered KY to be part of the South East not the Midwest.

I would also, but we are still in debate right now how to have it all divided up. It's been set in the back of things to take care of for right now.

According to the US census maps which we are considering following KY would be considered East South Central a smaller sub-set of the South Region.
