Have all sections use the skin that the user has selected
Just a small suggestion. I have the blue(plasma) skin selected and there are certain sections of the forum like the GB section that will use the white skin when I go into them. Its a real pain in the *** for me cause I have an old CRT screen that likes to flicker like mad when its not warmed up and there is too much white on the screen.
