Garage Talk ad implementation...

As we all have discovered, the latest "bug fixes" for the Garage Talk app implemented ads...

Just getting some dialogue going so Internet Brands is aware how intrusive these ads are. The App Store reviews are already straight 1 stars...Users from other IB forums are making their voices heard as well, so let IB know how we feel. Leave reviews, leave comments, makes suggestions, etc.

I personally would PAY a nominal fee to use this app/forum without ads, BUT there would have to be some effort by IB to improve the app. As it currently sits, it's not worth 99 cents.

I was thinking about posting the same thing, i saw it said "bug fixes" and thought "oh cool, maybe now attachment pictures will open quickly instead of taking 5 mins or not opening at all". NOPE, just added ads, and thats it

if a company lies to you you should stop using that company. they know that "bug fixes" aren't implementing ads, so if they're charging for the app and now added ads, it's time to say no.

if these companies could learn anything at all they would use cable tv as a reference, i stopped using cable years ago out of principle. however, i don't use my phone as an internet tool, only if i really need to look something up will i resort to it. i already hate the lag of it and the tiny keyboard is frustrating.

for me, if i were to pay to advertise here again, wasn't paid for assisting other members and had to look at ads on top of it all.... yeah, no.
