Changing to Screen Name owned by old account - Read if it applies to your request!!
G'day. I made this request to Mario and he suggested I post it instead.
My request is to rename my account from rotordave_au to rotordave, which already exists but has not been used since 2005. The account has had 3 posts and looks to be idle.
As this might set a precedent, I can understand if it doesn't happen, though I will be shattered.

Quite welcome! Thread is being stuck to the top of the index page because this is exactly how I'd like the process to work when any member is requesting to "take over" an old screen name that they've found.
