Not sure if it is something already done but shouldn't there be some kind of actions taken against members who take others money and not make good on their end when it comes to getting parts?

Just came to mind cause I am getting screwed on a gauge I purchased and even started the refund process through paypal.

I wasn't sure if we already do something like this or not as if someone is going to take others money they don't need to be able to post. Can't stop everybody but could make examples.
