i use Jeffrey Evans Evans Performance Academy for deep/shallow diving into the Extreme. when i decided to run the Texas Mile in 2013 i decided to say goodby to my Power FC in hopes of gaining lots more features... such as active knock. i looked at Haltech but at the time there was some thought re errant spark breaking irons. maybe yes, maybe no, but no. Motech was the Pro Gold Standard but quite expensive and you had to add lots of other modems to get important features. Link and ViPEC offered all the Motech features but in one unit and friendly priced. ViPEC was primarily a rebadged Link. i ran and loved my ViPEC V88 until Jan 2020 when i updated it w the Link Extreme. i didn't have to change the wiring harness and it was quite similar w more features and speed.

if you have never wired in an ECU (i hadn't), ViPEC had a wonderful helper tool in the form of a ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY PAGE manual. lots of pics, diagrams etc. not only did it make the job easy but it also greatly added to my understanding of how things worked. i have the PDF should you need it.

Link has all its arrows pointing upward... product, support etc. and now introduces the Voodoo NEO 4 G5. sale price $2283.60 shipped, normally $2595





all the good stuff from the two previous ECUs tuned up lots. while it is around $500 more than the Extreme, it has an onboard wideband system that i find valuable as well as being faster, and more capable. GPS, Direct Injection, WiFi, etc. sale priced at $2283.60
