Anyone else tempted to take their car out this week? I know I am.

Only one problem, I took out my intercooler and cut the BOV flange off one of the pipes so I could reuse it on the new intercooler pipes...

I wasn't temped, but I am now. I might just have to throw the dealer plate on and take her for a rip.

 

Well, my Protege blew out a brake caliper last week, so if the parts don't come in soon, I may take the 7 out.

 

I miss driving my rx-7 in the winter so much, that just in the past week i bought 2 new ones, now i'm triple tempted.

 

I missed driving my FD so much, so tempting man!!!!

 

Mine won't be back on the road until April. This is the usual mid-winter thaw; although a bit later than normal.

 

i would have done it already but there is slat everywhere so im gonna wait a while

 

Tempted but too much work to clear the rock hard 3 foot tall pile of snow in the way.

 

I got's no intercooler so I guess I don't have a choice...

I was thinking about taking her out for a quick spin when I get back to London, but then I have to put full coverage back on and I don't want to spend that money just yet. That and I don't want the salt touching the body. I've got minimal rust and I want to keep it that way.

 

I fired mine up last night. There was too much stuff in the way to actually take it for a drive. So I just started it, let it run for a while, and gave her a few revs just to get me excited for spring.

 

I start up my FD as well, rev it to let it roar.......... but didn't take it out, since still too many salt outside..............

 

I took this out for a spin on Monday






A quick 35 km ride... Damn was it ever windy! I should've left the deep dish carbon wheels at home and put the standard rims on.
