Was at Strada last night in Vaughan and saw a few FDs, but no one was with the cars.

Who went? I didn't bring my FD and I haven't been around here much lately or I would have made more of an effort to find you guys.

 

Where's this strada you speak of?

I know there's a car meet today out by the wally mart off hwy 27. Just north of hwy 7.

 

Where is it? The Twitter page seems coy about the location.

 

LOL it's south of Bass Pro Mills and west of Jane. It's held at a hall - called the venetian [I think]. $10 per car, which goes to the cost of renting the parking lot with access to the halls washrooms, a DJ, food truck etc.

Mostly exotics but there were a handful of FDs there last night too. Even a really sad looking Supra that showed up right near the end.

You see, I don't get that. You're getting together with a group of enthusiasts and now they're charging you to enter the parking lot?? That to me makes no sense.
What happened to the days of people getting together for the sake of getting together. Regardless of the vehicle you're driving...

 

When is the next one?

 

I think they hold their events on Tuesday nights.
