I had great luck importing in Brian at B-pro auto in Calgary.

having said that, there is a low km silver RHD in Calgary (kijiji) for $13,000 and there was another silver RHD in Langley for around the same recently.

 

I linked my friend Martin out of Vancouver that imported mine for me. Found me good cars and put bids in for me. Pretty easy, he is well priced.

It's always a gamble. I'm sure any potential seller would be able to get you some specifics, compression tests, additional pics etc. Could always jump on a plane to check it out and drive it home if satisfied. Could even request the seller to bring it to a rotary specific shop for a check up, not an unreasonable request for a $15K+ purchase. Good luck.
