Where to buy Lisle Coolant Tool?

I would like to know if anyone has bought this on our side of the border. I really don't feel like ordering it from the States.

Snap-On, Mac, Matco Tools all have them for around $30.

Im pretty sure you can have them ordered through canadian tire or even partsource also.
