O.K., I have not come across this before, so it is about the coolest thing I have ever seen.

How big could I print these pictures out? They'd be super sweet framed in my dining room.

If you where to use a good upscaling tool like Genuine Fractals (coupled with some unsharp mask) you could make them pretty big, probably up to 500% with decent results.
