Yeah, thought about taking the flat part out, but only after I finished polishing it... It's better than stock, and that's all I care

Only managed 1.5 hours tonight, but I did get the FC dash harness untangled (the "1" connector). Now to spend some time with the wiring diagrams, and figure out what needs hooking up where, and how to do it so that I can pull/change the engine and controller without removing half the interior! Should be ready to go back in by the end of the week.
