Got bored and had my Gf's Sony DSLR sitting here So i went down and snapped some pics


The Red car is an all original 86 with 160,000 kms on it The paint was badly faded when I got it a week or so ago I spent about an hour with a glazing compound by hand just buffing the one side, front and rear Ive still got about 2-3 hours left in it But she'll look presentable even for a winter beater lol






I've got at least 3-4 hours just in the engine bay degreasing the thing (this is the before shot Ill post some afters soon)




I miss my Black FC its sleeping for the winter







You can see the difference in the Lower half of the bumper.. that's what i started out with over the entire car

Its not an actual turbo II its an N/a car with a TII motor, Haltech, JIC coilovers and a few other goodies I'm going to be gutting the car, to use it as a track car

those are the grey leather seats I have going in my 79 SA T2 project this winter

 

Only 1986 cars got the RX7 sticker rather than the plate. I myself prefer the sticker. I say that every time I wash the car and tear the sponge or rip the shamie on it.
