NS Steering Wheel + Horn - missing part

I am trying to get the horn working in my FD. I have switched back to a stock steering wheel, but I think I am missing a part or two. Here is the back of the steering wheel
and this is the horn button that goes with the steering wheel
and this is what I have on the steering wheel mount area

It looks like I am missing a piece or two. Can anyone tell me what I need.

Thanks.

Your clock spring is gone, or looks like it atleast...

What year is your car?

Did it come with airbags?

That wheel is from 92-93 but your cat could be newer.

That flat metal with the wire going onto it seems like the 'fix' the PO made to get the aftermarket wheel to work, which if you connect to ground, should make the horn go off. If that's the case (it should be) Then you either need to rig up something so that the wire on the steering wheel can connect to it, or find a factory clockspring and install it instead...

typed on phone, sorry for shitty grammer, etc.

Thanks. Car is 1993. I don't think it came with airbags. It had an aftermarket steering wheel on it when I bought the car. I will look for a clockspring. I only need horn, no cruise or airbags.
