The status of my car.....2 days before the Ottawa meet
So 2 weeks ago I decided I may give a last minute effort to build a car to take to the Ottawa meet.
I started with a base model S4 N/A....4 bolt hubs, manual rack steering, no sunroof, crank windows and it was an automatic to boot.
So after a alot of time spent ordering parts from all over the world, here I am 2 days before the Ottawa meet with my car in a million peices.
JHB Cermet coated B housings ready for porting
4 port T2 irons ready for some bridge-porting
Motor ready for assembly with JHB Thermal coated S5 N/A rotors
Probably one of the largest bridge-ports I've cut yet......it needed some serious housing notching
Heres the motor all together and ready to go complete with the Super lightweight Tweakit flywheel
If anyone is wanting to order a flywheel from Tweakit.....spend the extra $$ and get a ring-gear already installed on the flywheel. Its such a pain to get it on.
Yeah!!!.....oh damn now I have to install it
Heres what the car looks like as of midnight on Thursday night
So I dont think I'll be making the Ottawa meet this year guys considering I have the wrong PP for my Tweakit flywheel and it probably wont be until Tues until I get the right one.
At least I tried lol
