Interesting sight today after starting up my FD.

The car has been in my garage all winter.

I dropped my battery in, hooked it up. Turned the key, starts up no issues.

I drive it out of the garage, notice a trail of fluids.

Look under, see a steady dripping of what smells like gas..

This is coming from the gas tank area, under the car..

Anyone have an idea how all of a sudden this may happen?

Not a good start.....

 

Check the lines on the fuel filter. Tucked in behind the gas tank and subframe.

 

Easy fix. There was a small leak from gas line. Fixed, 10 minutes.

Figured do oil and filters, get it ready.. love being out and about in my FD.
