I just got off the phone pricing NGK's...holy crap! They've gone up in price. I was looking for the 8EQ's (last year were @$8 each). This year at NAPA: $16. Mazda wants $32! - each!. Thankfully, they're selling the 9's for $8. WTF's going on with prices?!?!

 

beats me.....it cost me about 80$ for 8 plugs a couple weeks ago......4 9's and 4 7's.....

 

Iridium from www.royaldistributing.com are like 8 as well, kind of a pita to install, but they work great.

Is there any downside in running 9s instead of 8s. I looked at the box after mine were put in yesterday and I got the 9s in error. Currently, the car isn't getting a lot of highway miles.

 

Let's put an order together. Feds'll buy a case from Autozone, and...um... declare it when I cross back over the border.

I've never bought 7's... I just run all 9's
