found this on kijjiji winnipeg sounds like a blown intake gasket. Anyone know him/ see it before?

Well i'm in the market for another FC turbo this time though and actually running unlike my last 13b which blew some apex seals 20 min after its first start up of me owning one. Also had a 12A that ran like a dream. sold it at 180k.
Is it hard to change those seals on this ? I'm not too familiar with the teardown on these as with vehicles with pistons.
