^^^ Let me know when and we'll see who we can get together and grab Tims or something, you know - like we're currently in highschool.

I'll PM you later regarding the detailing, I've been known to polish a car or two in my day, and I'm looking at picking up a PC or Flex sometime in the next couple of weeks and I could use your opinion.

Do you use Eshine?

*****

Cloud - in short, yes lol. Did you go and see it too or do you know the previous owner? I've wondered why anyone who went to see it, didn't like it. PM me, I just want to make sure I haven't missed something glaringly obvious to other 7 owners.

This sounds like my life. My Zs never saw track time - was always far too busy cleaning them. Just wait until you see my FD - the paint made me cringe when I saw it. I think it's been through every touch-wash in Ontario.

Nothing to PM about, no issues I know of with that car.

I met the previous owner when trying to troubleshoot a secondary turbo problem with my FD. Super nice guy, very helpful and that car has been maintained with an overwhelming amount of care. Whatever you paid for it, it was a steal.

I'm sure you're aware (but in case you're not) he's on this forum under the name SixRotors.

Thanks Geoff, that's what I figured. I honestly can't imagine why anyone would have gone to see this car and NOT bought it, just wondered if I had missed something major. I've wanted an FD for as long as I can remember, I was lucky to find one worth owning.

The RX7 has been the largest contributor of happiness and pain for me, followed closely by my wife. Congrats on joining the brotherhood.

Thanks guys! We'll all have to meet up more often, even if just for an evening coffee or the like.

I would tell you, but then you'd realize how quickly I'm racking them up and I'd be depressed.

....109,000km when I bought it. :-)

Snap. I just realized which car you bought. You have no idea what went into this car. Car even has a brand new engine wire harness and countless brand new factory mazda parts. I would have bought this car if I didn't have two FC's. Anybody want to buy my 89 so I can get an FD

Yeah that's why I bought it - it's been so well maintained, it's insane.

How do you know about it?

I know the previous owner. Wish I had the extra funds and space I would have bought it.
