Bumping this up, in case anyone else out there might be looking for it again. I am getting a aspec turbo kit shipped to the border. I am going to use the above companies address and pick it up there.

Used auto parts or auto parts made within North America are covered under duty free. Mark packages clearly.

Guys,
another option (to use ups) is to ask seller to ship it to their customer pick up centre, located on packard road (also very very close to lewiston bridge border). UPS will hold your item for 5 business days (i believe), and they'll call you once the item arrive (if phone number provided).
The down side of this is..........................THEY CLOSED SAT AND SUNDAY

You can have anything shipped to a UPS store in the states, and they will receive and hold it for you for $5 a box. They are open late some weekdays and all day Saturdays too. I do this all the time - matter of fact I have a bunch of stuff on its way there now.

You don't even have to use UPS - I've had USPS, FedEX and DHL ship to the UPS store without issue.
