great link Al. i thought i read something about the rotarys being banned from GTO after all those wins, is that true?

The only rotary that got "banned" that I know of was the 787B Lemans car, and it wasnt so much banned as made totally uncompetetive. They wanted it to run a much smaller intake and add lots of weight to run it again, then they changed the rule to a minimum 3.5L or something like that.
