I am friends with the landlord who now owns RX-7 Heavens stock of old cars and parts. He asked me to pass on this message... the property will be rented as of Nov 1, so all cars and parts must be gone by then.

There will be a Public Auction by tender in 2 weeks... the starting bid for each car will be $220... Also the parts need one more bid of 15,000.00 + 1 to get them out of the first bid filed.
