When I drove to Ottawa...me and Bill left at 7am....and then arrived in Ottawa at 3:30pm and the round trip was something like 1600kms?

 

Well, I f'd up.. I have 2 tournaments back to back weekends. The tourney on the 16/16th weekend is in Oshawa, and I'm in Kincardine the following weekend... Sorry guys.

 

Besides, we all know that RX Club of Ontario is just a politically correct name for RX Club of the GTA

 

I will be there if the car is running. Anyone from ottawa that wants to come down but doesn't want to drive can come with me. Look at it this way, if i'm driving i won't have the radio

i'm not quite sure where Drummondville is, lol.

but right now i'm in Pembroke for the summer, it's about 1.5 hours northwest of Ottawa.

it's going to take 8 hours and 40 minutes because there will be practically NO major highways between here and bruce county.

oh, if anyone from Ottawa wants to come with me, then that's fine. in fact i think it will be faster because then we can take some major highways from Ottawa.

I didnt think I would be able to make it, but I just realized I will be in Toronto(burlington) on the 15th anyways. Not sure if I can make both days, but i'll try to make an appearance.

1 hour my ***, i just made it in like oh i donno 25 mins, it's 48km's

 

Nismo, it may only be 48 kms but it usually does take you an hour from Walkerton:
25 minutes of driving + 35 minutes dealing with the OPP for noise infractions/faulty reverse lights/DUI accusations.

 

If you guys have a mortorcycle helmet or SA helmet bring it.

We have loaner helmets at the autocross event, but if it's hot they'll probably be sweaty!

 

I have gotten our preferred pricing from CSCS and I will post it as soon as I get a chance to write it up in a user friendly format.

If the plan is for everyone to park together at Grand Bend I've got about 100 feet of Mazdaspeed pennant and a Mazdaspeed banner I can put up.

 

CSCS is going to give us our own area to park together close to the show & shine, so banners would be great.

 

Have we got a time for arrival to CSCS so that we can plan both breakfast and driving route possibilities?
