Rubber Protectant for Winter

So I won't be storing my car, and last year I had a lot of problems with the rubber seals around my door on really cold mornings. I would have to yank on my door for a good 2 minutes to get it unstuck, and i was so nervous that i was going to rip out the door handle a couple times. I have been using this WURTH rubber protectant that you rub on to the seals every once in a while - it hasn't been working very well obviously, and requires me to reapply it almost twice a week for it to work properly.

So I'm looking for any rubber treatment/protectants that you guys use and/or recommend. Canadian Tire doesn't really show any online; just tire shiners and dash cleaners, but I found a couple on amazon by Pinnacle and Wolfgang that I've never heard of before. The difference here is that I'll be using the car throughout the winter and not just storing it, so is there anything different I should look for? Aaron's site recommends a non-silicone based protectant; anything else?

Thanks

I've been told that dielectric grease works well on rubber seals. I used to use another silicone spray that I got at a BMW dealer, but I haven't seen it for sale in a long time.

silicone lube works like a charm!!!!!
doesnt leave any residue, its made to treat rubber stuff. will make them like new
even works on window tracks if your power window goes up slow

We always used a vinyl "dressing" at the shop, something like armor-all.
