Rotary noob needs advice :)
Hey guys...i just got a FC3S 10th AE....I'm pretty happy with it so far. Basically I'm new to the whole turbo and rotary thing. Although i've got a few years under my blet racing an AE86 i dont know anything about rotaries. Anyway i'm just qurious if there are any common problems that i should be looking for with the engine and the chassis?
Thanx

I don't know enough myself to offer tips yet, but welcome to the world of rotary. I hope it brainwashes you into joining the cult. Rotary has changed my life...lol. I can't see going back to pisstons anytime soon.
Is there a huge difference between the ae86 and a mid 80's corolla gts? I had 2 85's with the 4age engine, 1600cc efi rwd and they look the same to me. I miss my old corolla still. It's didn't handle nearly as good as either of my fb's could on dry pavement, but on a gravel country road they were rock solid. Born to rally imho.

Id reccomend doing a full tune up if one hasnt been done recently. Also do a rust inspection, and do everything you can to get rid of all the rust especially the underside! Congrats on the turbo! Jay
