We hope that you can attend the long awaited return of Rotarmeet! We will be having a BBQ and have our Show n Shine (Awards still in the works. Will share classes when finalized).
This event is a free event with no entry fee. Parking is limited so first come first served for pick of the spots.
The Dyno is available through Nextmod and we have space for 8 cars to register. Registrants will have to advise if they are interested ASAP and provide payment via E-Transfer. If you are interested message myself (Michael Branco) or Oscar Musa.
DYNO DETAILS:
8 Cars Spots Available:
-$100 for RWD
-$140 for AWD
RULES:
-No harassing of individuals who wish to wear or not wear a mask during the event. The event is outdoors but must follow whichever rules is specified by Nextmod when entering their facility
- No Drifting, Burnouts, or extreme loud music
- Any disregard to the following rules will result in immediate dismissal of the event, and will result in loss of an award if you have potentially won one
-If you are spectating and did not come in a rotary please do not part in the show and shine area
Our crowd is normally well behaved and respectful but want to make this clear for any new comers or other spectators
BBQ:
- BBQ is free for Rotary Community
- If you are spectators and not part of the event Burger and Drink is $5

I registered for Oblivion, but the weather is looking sketchy for that day. So I’m dubious about attending. Plus there are other things personally happening on that day… I don’t know… I’ll play it by ear. See how it goes.
Also, if the weather doesn't look like it's going to cooperate, the organizers have said that the show will be held in the underground parking at the mall (decision to be made the night before). Not ideal but much better than a car show in the rain.
So the upshot is, if you've registered, come on down! I'll be there with my -SE (inside the mall) and my Miata (outside). Hope to see you there.

Got the car sorted. I checked the weather and unfortunately it looks like the weather is going to be horrible for oblivion. Sucks. Was looking forward to it.

So clean and well executed >>>>>> overall amazing turn out and many thanks to Mike all the volunteers especially Pete and the Nextmod family for putting this on. The parking lot is a bit small and stuffed w.... would be great to have this in a open spot like we used to... Dave & Buster's 2023 event?
