ON RHD passenger footrest

hi everyone

just got an authentic jdm passenger foot plate , since my car is not a spirit R i was wondering if there are any trick on installing it. i have a 1993 FD. do i have to drill my own holes for nuts and bolts or are there any pre drilled spots under the carpet that i havent found yet?

any help would be great just want a clean install and dont want to hack things up if theres already an easier way .

thanks
-scott

anees did you get the real one or the replica one? i pulled my carpet up and theres no footings for it to go in, although it does stay in place pretty good all on its own
