Need to replace my brake pads on all four corners of the Rx7 (FB) but not certain which brand to go with. I'm not into tracking the car but do 'bout 70% city driving. Do not need top of the line pads but then again I do not want Chinese cheapies either. Can someone recommend a decent brand that has longevity and where to purchase such?

Anything like Wagner, Reybestos, Bosch will be good. Check Rockauto.com I haven't shopped locally for pads for my -SE in a long time, but seems hard to beat that pricing depending on shipping costs. Search online for a 5% discount code aswell.
