Racing Beat CAN ship USPS
Well, i guess people just don't ask them before ordering? i sent an e-mail out to them, asking about shipping methods. this is the response i got back:
Well there you go. Makes me want to buy more stuff from RB now...
Hello,
Yeah, we can send one of those headers to Canada via USPS. I suppose we
could also use DHL but I think the post office is cheaper. It's up to you.
Regards,
Brian

They sent me my springs via USPS. They will send it any way you want them to..... as long as the carrier accepts the packages. When I asked them about shipping an exhaust via usps, they told me that US Postal didn't take those boxes, as they were too big.
Will, not sure when you're friend had the system shipped via USPS, but in november they told me USPS wouldn't take 'em. I'll have to call again!

Yeah, that's right, it has been mentioned before on smaller or medium-sized items, but people kept mentioning that larger sized items USPS would not ship.
that's why i ordered from rx7store.net since they can ship Fedex, as i assumed it was UPS-only with RB.
p.s. Dave, i was in Ottawa last weekend, but i heard you were busy, so i didn't stop by to pick up the stuff. Ottawa meet i guess i will.

well, i got the header a few days ago. good news is that i didn't receive any additional customs charges, and hopefully i don't find a letter in the mail a few weeks from now.
bad news is that rx7store.net quoted me on their website $25 for shipping, but they ended up charging another $45 to my credit card since they said the actual cost was more. oh well, i'm happy enough staring at the shiny header now...

i like how they included the O2 sensor extension wire and a nice ACV block-off plate (don't know if i'm going to use that though). also came with a outlet/cat gasket.
now i just wonder why they didn't include a header-manifold gasket, instead i had to buy that seperately.

yeah, they were fine to order from, i just wish they didn't mis-quote me the price on the site when i bought it. it specifically said $25 for shipping to my postal code in Canada, but really it was $70.
