R.P.M. is moving location

Dont worry....we're not moving any further away LOL. Hopefully closer!

After a few months of discussing with the landlord, he has decided he wants to open his own used car lot at our location....
So he has given us a couple months notice to figure some things out.

Our last day at our location now is February 28 2007.

Anyone with cars or parts here that is getting work done will not have to worry, I have temporary storage for these parts and cars and the work will get done!

We are looking at several different shops in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, but we haven't signed any lease's yet. We are keeping our options open and still looking, so if anyone knows of any shop space available then please let me know.

Its kind of perfect timing actually that we are loosing our shop in Walkerton because it gives us a chance to move to a busier, more central location in Ontario. Now no one has an excuse not to bring their cars/motors to us lol.

If anyone has questions or concerns about our move or anything else, let me know in this thread or pm or check out our website: www.rpmperformance.ca

Looking forward to 2007!

Sweet, I guess I can steal business from you in the Bruce County area now .

Good luck in the city. I'm sure it will be much more profitable for you. And me....

I don't think you want anything to do with essential speed even using their old building. But yes, it would be nice to see you in Kdub Joe.

Joe, a little free advice from someone in the environmental business.

Whereever you do lease .... before you move in, take a bunch of photographs with a FILM camera ( that shows the date on the photo also) of the floor showing exisiting stains and cracks etc. . Also take some pictures outside where any crap is stored . .... keep these in a file in case your landlord ever sells the building and environmental testing is done and finds contamination. Landlords have tried to drag tenants into the cleanup costs unless they can show the problem was likely already there and you have good waste disposal practices.

If you consider buying at any time ... thats another story . PM me

That is GREAT advice.
