Question about hooking up A/F ratio gauge.

Hey, I have an Autometer A/F ratio gauge that I had from a long time ago. I was going to put it in an MR2 that I had be never did. So cleaning up the garage this weekend I came across it and thought I would put it in the RX7. The one issue is I don't have the instructions for hooking it up.

It has three wires on the back of it, a black, a red, and a purple. I was thinking maybe black was ground, red was a 12v suply and the purple gets hooked up to the O2 sensor wire, but that was just a guess.

If any one can give me any info, that would be a big big help...

THANKS

Kyle

That is a narrowband guage, so you just need a single wire o2 sensor. Not that accurate, basically a light show for the car compared to a wideband.
