Here are some pics of the progress on Jim's car.
I took a couple before pics - but the lighting at the time crappy so only a couple turned out decent (should've taken some pics outside I guess - hehe)

The pics of the holes are before and after's of the rear wiper and rear squirter on the hatch.......the hood squirters still need to have the aluminum panel bonded, that will happen tonite.
The car will be ready for the spot priming tomorrow - wheel wells are getting rolled today - and there is only a couple more minor dents to level out before it gets its primer.

One more of the squirter on the hatch finish welded...
Rear wheel wells getting rolled...
a couple little patches were required on the front edges where they were rusty.

Joe,
What is your business phone number? I"m interested in getting some body work done.
-Mainly to straight or replace the rad support.
-Strip old paint from spare S5 bumper, paint it white, install.
-Straighten out whatever is not straight.
-Remove bad bondo job on passenger lower fender or replace with a new fender. -Pull out door dings.
-Fill in hole where power antenna went through.
-Paint and install a Feed Front Lip
You or I can supply parts. I got a mazdaspeed motorsports sponsorship...
basically fix all the f'ups from bad body shops the car has seen in it's 17 year life.
Can you give a bunch of buisness cards to Jim? I'll swing by and grab one from him later.

Those were pre splash pics.
one is the car in the booth (had some junk on the lens I guess) one is of a finish buffed fender - before final polish - just to show the clarity of the paint.

Can't really tell from the picture, but did you just fill that antenna hole with bondo? If so you will be sorry. It needs to have a metal patch welded first and then bondo it. Otherwise in one to two years the moisture will get into it and rust will begin to show through. Autobody rule of thumb is... if it is a hole weld it... if it is a dent fill it with bondo.
