Post your setup and questions on what will have to be done to pass the E-vil Tests

I'll start:
My 88 passed perfectly fine last year with all stock exhaust and some clogged cats. Thought about the full RB system (downpipe-midpipe-catback system) for a while and early this summer went for it assuming I would need 1 more e-test that I would figure out how to pass with and that would be it - smooth sailing to exemption baby!
2 months later (to present) the wakjob government pulls this ****

Now I know my situation is not nearly as complex as you guys with built motors but my question is...when it comes time for my test what would be the best way to go.....
a) remove the complete system and swap in all the original **** (which would take a long time)
b) what are the possibilities of fitting a high flow cat or any cat for that matter into this system and removing after the test?

As you can tell I am not too up on my exhaust logisitics.

A 3" cat costs no more than $150 at a speed shop, shouldn't cost much to have an exhaust shop splice it into your existing piping. Why remove it later?

I am running a fresh cat with the egr hooked up.....and still have the airpump......THATS ALL FOLKS!! Plus I have full single exhaust, I would think that would hinder the test being that the probe is picking up all of the exhaust rather than the spotty, broken up half of the fumes it would be reading with a y pipe setup.

Passed cleaner than my mom's winter beater bonneville

As far as mods go on the car there is really nothing aside from an HKS intake, the full exhaust and a RB in cabin boost controller.

Just gotta make sure the thing runs decent first, you know, doesn't have year old pungy gas, good clean plugs that kinda simple stuff goes a long way.

k but.............

ive got the downpipe, presilencer to catback combo as seen on their website.
can I simply swap in a high flow cat into the position of the presilencer?
won't I need to get the air pump back into the equation?
if so, how much are airpumps....i think mazdees kept mine or can they just block it off and leave it on the car??

can i not use any of my old stock **** to "make" a system to pass the tests???
