Any different between manual rack and power rack??

I think there is..on a manual steering rack,One is LONGER..on the power steering they are Both the same..according to the Parts Fishe, ONE of the Outer Tie Rods can be used with Both Set-ups ..and I am Thinking it is the Driver's side.On the Passenger side MANUAL,you need the longer one,and that is a Different Part #..(please let me be right on this!)
