Hello,

Details are still in the works, but the official date rain or shine will be Saturday June 21st.

Hoping to secure a nice location for the show n shine and possibility of a track for autocross session and possibly gymkana. ( price will be very reasonable for the day around $ 25 )

All Rotaries and RXs ( yes even with the boingers ) are welcome.

Unfortunately at this moment, all the work is going into that day, due to Canada day and other track events, July is a no go.

Earlier in June the facility was booked.


I will know by end of week, but its looking good to get a parking lot for the show n shine and a track to set up an autocross track.

 

Summer Solstice...the longest day of the year.
Looking forward to a sunny day on the first day of summer.

 

If there wasn't a race that weekend I would be all over it.....I gotta get out to one of these meet-n-greets but they always seem to be on race weekends....

 

I'll try and do a shift trade or something. I can't afford to miss this.

 

Update:

Tentative schedule below:

9am to 2pm Show n Shine with autocross open .

Then at 3:00 a few hour cruise (150 to 200 km route in the works ) and photography session for those interested ( on city street abiding speed limits ) .

Then evening meet at a food establishments patio and have diner to wrap up the day .

There will be a $ 25 fee for entering the autocross track, this will give you unlimited goes for the day.

I would recommend anyone who wants to test there car out, this would be a great chance.
